PROGRAMS AND CLASSES
We provide tennis lessons and programs to suit all skill levels. Our services also include corporate functions and birthday parties.
The stars next to each service indicate the level of expertise and development required by players, with one star suitable for beginners/casuals and five stars appropriate for aspiring professionals.
Every school holidays we run a range of tennis holiday clinics to cater for kids of all abilities. Our holiday clinics are designed to be fun and challenging and give the opportunity to improve tennis skills, develop technique and have a hit with kids of a similar age and ability. All of the camps are held at the Caroline Springs Tennis Club and are conducted by our experienced coaching team.
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is the only nationally recognised tennis grassroots participation program that is endorsed by Tennis Australia, and targets children aged 3-12 years old. Kids are able to start hitting the ball and having fun right from their very first lesson. The use of modified equipment in this program offers a unique stepping-stone into tennis, which allows every player to experience maximum enjoyment.
Group lessons are a good option for players aged between 9 and16 years old who want to improve their tennis skills in a social and friendly environment. Players are taught all aspects of the game, and develop skills and experience in preparation for social or competitive matches.
Our high intensity squad sessions involve specific components of competition to juniors who want to take their tennis to a more professional level. All players are expected to exercise a high degree of self-discipline and implement the skills learnt in a range of competitive pressure drills. Matchplay, tactical awareness, winning plays, psychology and physical development are prioritised.
We offer players a year-round High Performance Tennis Program with part-time and full-time options. On and off court training sessions are available and we can individualise programs to suit each players needs.

Cardio tennis is a fun, social, group tennis fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. Whilst listening to upbeat music, the idea of cardio tennis is to keep moving and keep the heart pumping. An exhilarating way to play tennis and get fit!
Mum’s Program is open to beginners and those who would like to resume playing tennis. The program allows mother’s to take some time out from their busy schedules and get fit and active, whilst socialising with other mother’s in the area.
Private and semi-private lessons
Private lessons are a good option for every player wanting to fast track their tennis development. A private lesson provides one-on-one individualised attention, and is the most effective way to improve technical development as a player. It is highly recommended for players to have at least two or three private lessons when beginning tennis for the first time, as this allows the coach to teach you the basic skills so you can join group lessons with people of a similar age and not feel like a complete beginner.
