Schedule and Bookings

iTennis Hot Shots all comprise of:

  • 10 week coaching terms

  • Average 6 players per court

  • Modified equipment for each level to help players fast track their stroke development and allows them to have longer rallies and hit more tennis balls.

  • Lessons available at all clubs

  • A fun and encouraging program with journey maps, sticker rewards and certificates.

  • Display respect for coaches, officials and other players.

Tennis Racket and Ball

Little Aces 3-5 yrs

Hotshots LITTLE ACES is perfect for any young children new to tennis. The play-based program focuses on skill development in half a court through a fun and engaging program of games, drills and team activities.

Children will learn:

  • The fundamentals on all shots

  • To serve

  • To rally with a partner

  • And develop footwork patterns

  • To cooperate with, and help others in a team situation


Little Aces Stage 1, 2 & 3

  • 30min class

  • 1/2 court

  • Takes approximately 12 – 18mths to complete all stages depending on the age and ability of your child.

Mid-Court Masters 6-9 yrs

In Hotshots MID-COURT MASTERS, children learn over 3/4 court. During this stage the pupils are able to develop a complete technical repertoire. The length of the court forces the attacking player to be more accurate and use spin. It allows players to approach the net and develop their net game.

Children will learn to:

  • Perform a circular swing and a consistent contact point on ground strokes

  • Perform a rhythmic service motion

  • Rally with a partner

  • Change direction on shots

  • Execute tactics during match play

  • Understand fair play and demonstrate this when playing


Mid-Court Masters Stage 1, 2 & 3

  • 45min class

  • 3/4 court

  • Focus in on preparing players to be capable of playing Hotshots Orange Ball league

  • Takes approximately 1.5 – 2.5yrs to complete all stages depending on the age and ability of your child.

Tennis Players Bumping Elbows

Grand Slammers 9-12 yrs

Grand Slammers are taught a more refined stroke technique, advanced shot selection and point construction through extensive point play. Each player will improve their understanding of spin and speed in shot selection and there is a strong focus on serve technique in this program.

Children will learn to:

  • Perform shoulder turn, circular swing on ground strokes and consistency in contact

  • Serve into the service box from the baseline

  • Rally with a partner on a full court

  • Readily adapt their strokes and court positioning in response to their opponent’s actions

  • Utilise their strengths and exploit their opponent’s weaknesses

  • Apply tactics in all game situations


Grand Slammers Stage 1, 2 & 3

  • 45min class

  • Full court

  • Focus in on preparing players to be capable of playing Hotshots Green Ball league

  • Takes approximately 1.5 – 2.5yrs to complete all stages depending on the age and ability of your child.
